With support, you will collaborate with business leaders and partners. You will also work with department control consultants to develop methodologies and processes to improve risk and control management across the COO. You will collaborate with second and third lines of defense to agree on scalable risk management methodologies. May partner with more senior consultants on complex projects.

What you do:

  • Maintain and help build the COO risk management framework within Enterprise Producer Service (e.g., policies, procedures, standards, and tools).
  • Provide daily consultation on risk management and controls practices and control effectiveness. Coordinate with Enterprise Producer Services management and personnel on execution of risk and control activities.
  • Provide ongoing analysis to support the risk management framework. Conduct reviews and discussions with business leaders regarding findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in developing and delivering risk and controls related training; provide mentoring to department management and other personnel.
  • Provide consultative support to assist with gap closure and important risk projects.
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

What you bring:

  • 2 or more years experience required: Operations, Insurance/Financial services experience or relevant technical experience; strong analytical skills; knowledge of basic project management practices and risk management methodology.
  • Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
