If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… Functional (job responsibilities) Develop and implement client acquisition strategies and build a strong client portfolio Build and maintain relationships with external partners, referral sources, and industry networks to generate leads Work with Regional Priority Banking Heads and Priority Banking Area Managers to identify business opportunities Responsibility to meet the target set Acquire 2 HWN client per month (minimum AUM of RM300k) Refer RM1-2mil volume in Wealth Products per month Deposit RM2-3mil per month Managerial (team/group responsibilities) Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as BCB, SME, PFS, Sales Distribution to drive client growth and revenue. Organizational (organizational responsibilities) Support Regional Priority Banking Heads and Head of Wealth Distribution in promoting and developing market presence of HLB Wealth Management, this will ultimately deliver the individual’s and overall target.
