We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Operations Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the operational aspects of Employee Benefits, including policy issuance and administration, client communication, and process optimization.

You'll be responsible for:

• Assist with the administration of Employee Benefits policies, including data entry and document management.
• Support the team in handling client inquiries and providing timely responses.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing service delivery.

Important to your success:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• The minimum internship duration is 3 months.
• Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.
