Job Description

Business Performance Management

• Monitor and analyze business performance against key financial and non-financial metrics
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting packs
• Identify business trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews

Strategic Planning & Business Management

• Support annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target setting exercises
• Assist in the formulation and tracking of strategic initiatives and business priorities
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of agreed action plans
• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and provide updates to management

Management Reporting & Executive Presentations

• Prepare high-quality management presentations, business review materials, committee papers, and executive reports
• Consolidate information from multiple sources into concise and insightful presentations for senior management
• Translate complex business information into clear and actionable management narratives

Sales Governance & Key Result Areas (KRA)

• Support sales KRA performance tracking and KRA analysis using data from multiple sources
• Monitor achievement against business targets and KRA indicators
• Partner with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and enhance sales KRA effectiveness
• Support the development and implementation of performance management frameworks

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including business, product, finance, risk, operations, and support functions
• Coordinate information gathering and ensure timely delivery of management reporting requirements
• Facilitate discussions, follow-ups, and execution of key business initiatives

Chinese (Mandarin), English, University-Bachelor - Banking & Finance, University-Bachelor - Business & Commerce, University-Bachelor - Business Administration/Management, Work Experience Level for GTO CWF
