About The Department

UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services. What You'll Be Doing ( Responsibilities )

• Lead end-to-end system analysis activities, translating business requirements into high-quality functional solutions while ensuring delivery milestones are achieved.
• Act as the key functional expert, bridging business and technology teams to resolve complex functional and technical challenges.
• Drive functional solutioning and ensure requirements are clearly understood across Development, QA, and business teams.
• Partner with testing teams to validate solutions and ensure delivered functionality aligns with approved Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Collaborate with platform vendors and project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery and successful outcomes.
• Contribute to application solution design, review implementation approaches, and guide teams on best practices.
• Support project governance activities including resource coordination, documentation management, and delivery reporting.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong experience working with Temenos Wealthsuite products, including EdgeConnect, TCIB, Triple A+ WUI, and OData.
• Proven experience delivering Private Banking and Wealth Management solutions, including involvement in at least one full end-to-end implementation.
• Solid background in requirements analysis, application solutioning, and technical review activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business users, technology teams, and external vendors effectively.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, testing processes, and Agile delivery methodologies.
