Automation Engineer

If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… Overview: We are looking for an IT professional with a keen interest in automating IT service management and log analysis workflows. The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a role focused on ITSM tools and Monitoring tools preferably, and must be able to demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automation playbooks, scripts, and integrations to streamline processes in ITSM tools/Monitoring Platforms. Design, implement, and maintain the Automation solutions such as Nagios/Zabbix, ELK, Grafana, Ansible - ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Has experience as or have worked as a Unix/Windows administrator/engineer. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions and monitoring dashboards. Act as a key resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to ITSM, Monitoring Platforms, and their automation workflows. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, configurations, and best practices. Keep up to date with the latest features, security patches, and best practices for automation technologies. Skills & Experience We Are Looking For: Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) and/or automation tools (e.g., Ansible). Experience with application deployment, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of networking concepts and security protocols. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Experience with LLMs and AI Technology would be an added bonus.
