Is allFinJobs free?
For candidates, allFinJobs is completely free. Companies can post jobs for free (Basic plan) and optionally use paid products such as PPC (Sponsored Jobs) or the CV database.
What is the difference between a candidate and a company?
As a candidate you search for jobs and apply. As a company (client) you post jobs, manage applications and can search the CV database.
How do I contact support?

For Candidates
How do I create an account?
Click Register and choose Candidate. You can sign up with email and password or conveniently with Google or LinkedIn.
How do I upload my CV?
Go to your dashboard and then to Profile. There you can upload your CV. Our AI analyzes it automatically and detects your skills for job matching.
How do I apply for a job?
Open a job posting and click Apply now. You can apply with one click or submit a full application with a cover letter and additional documents.
How does job matching work?
Our AI compares the skills detected from your CV and your preferences with open positions and shows you matching jobs directly in your dashboard.
What are job alerts?
You can save searches and get notified by email about new matching jobs – daily or weekly. Optionally there is an AI autopilot that searches automatically for you.
Where can I see my applications?
In your dashboard under Applications. There you can see the status of each application (e.g. new, interview, rejected).
Is it really free to use?
Yes, there are no costs for candidates.
For Companies
How do I claim my company profile?
First register as a company (client) and log in. Then open your company profile and click Claim company. Our team reviews the request and then unlocks management for you.
How do I post a job?
Log in and go to your dashboard. Under Post a new job you can publish a job posting for free.
What are PPC / Sponsored Jobs?
With PPC (pay-per-click) you promote your job posting. You set a maximum click bid (CPC) and a budget. Your ad is then displayed prominently and you only pay for real clicks.
How does payment / the wallet work?
You top up your wallet via Stripe. This balance is used for PPC clicks and unlocking candidates in the CV database.
How does the CV database search work?
With a CV database subscription (€299) you get full access. Alternatively you can unlock individual profiles for €10 each. You filter by skills, location and more.
How do I manage applications?
Under each job you can see all received applications. You can change the status, e.g. new, shortlist, interview or rejected.
What are candidate lists and saved searches (alerts)?
You can save candidates to shortlists and create saved candidate searches that notify you by email about new matching profiles.
How do I change my language or newsletter settings?
Go to your dashboard and then to Settings. There you can change the language and the newsletter.
