Associate Executive

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of management accounts on monthly quarterly and ad hoc basis after completing the bookkeeping in the software
• Preparation of annual Financial Statements in line with IFRS for audit and filing purposes with the statutory authority and at such frequency as required by clients
• Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
• Preparation of tax computation in line with the Mauritius Income Tax Laws
• Overall responsibility for client relationship, inquiries and meetings

Skills Required:

• Around 1-2 years of accounting working experience
• ACCA qualified or partly qualified or any equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent time and organisational skills to work and meet agreed tight deadlines
• Hard worker ready to put in the extra hours
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Organised, accurate and willing to learn and take on new tasks
• Team Player
