We are currently seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to support our growing Compliance function. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise within a structured and international environment, while contributing to the effective management of regulatory and compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compliance control missions in accordance with the Compliance Monitoring Plan
  • Support the drafting, review, and maintenance of internal Compliance policies and procedures
  • Proactively identify, analyse, and report compliance risks
  • Assist the Manager and Head of Compliance in ensuring effective communication and maintaining a high standard of professional correspondence
  • Support and, where applicable, advise the first line of defence on a range of compliance‑related matters

Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Law, Economics, or a comparable relevant field
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in Compliance within Luxembourg, ideally within fund services, investment funds, management companies, and/or AIFMs
  • Strong understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory environment; knowledge of AML/KYC, UCITS, AIFMD, and Delegation Oversight will be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Well‑organized, accurate, and capable of working autonomously
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage
