INTERNSHIP - Corporate Electronic Banking Implementation

We are hiring Technical interns to join our Wholesale Department for a 6-month internship (or longer), starting in July 2026. Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.

Who We’re Looking For

Are you a student in Economics, Management, Finance, or IT, with a strong interest in banking and digital tools? Are you curious, eager to learn, and motivated to gain real experience in an international banking environment? We offer a hands-on internship where you will support the implementation and daily operations of our corporate e-banking application, a key solution for our business clients.

What You’ll Be Involved In

Support the Implementation of e-Banking Solutions

• Take part in the setup and customization of e-banking tools for corporate clients
• Help manage user access and configuration updates to existing contracts

Work on Real Operational Topics

• Contribute to the daily management of our digital banking platforms
• Be involved in payment flows processing via Multiline and understand how transactions move in real life

Client Interaction & Helpdesk Support

• Interact directly with clients by phone and email (approximately 60% French, 40% English)
• Assist clients with updates to their existing setup, such as adding users or adjusting access
• Reach out to clients to guide them through migrations to new tools or to provide support in case of issues (e.g. payment errors)

Contribute to Technical and Administrative Operations

• Participate in the day-to-day management of e-banking platforms
• Maintain a professional and service-oriented approach in all client interactions
