Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Execute conversion of Private Equity Funds from other accounting applications to eFront
• Liaising with Onshore team, clients and Auditors on various requirements
• Develop various KPIs to be followed and ensure all necessary controls are put in place in the process
• Review of Admin/Management fees/Waterfall/Claw back calculations etc.
• Review Limited Partner and General Partners/Shareholder Allocation, calculations/schedules-includes integration up to date
• Complete Fund set-up, Security set-up and investor set-up in accounting systems and complete data
• Review LPA and procedure documents to recommend solutions in order to improve efficiencies
• Implementation of fund structures and static data onto accounting system
• Establish plan for new client setup and transitions
• Understand and complete adhoc requests from clients
• Develop customized reports in Investran and eFront to support the client requirements
• Onboard Investors in Investran, eFront, Paxus and maintain contact details
• Liaising with multiple stake holders in the organization and ensure the tight deadlines are met
• Investran, Geneva, Paxus and Yardi
