Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Salesforce Pardot to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns, managing lead generation workflows, and driving engagement through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Pardot
Manage lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation strategies
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaign goals with business objectives
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve ROI
Create and manage landing pages, forms, and automation rules in Pardot
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Support integration between Pardot and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Contribute to content strategy and digital asset creation

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Pardot
Proficiency in marketing automation, email marketing, and lead management
Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance reporting
Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Pardot Specialist or Consultant certification
Experience with B2B marketing and account-based strategies
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
