Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Scientist with 3–4 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building predictive models, analyzing large datasets, and developing data-driven solutions that support business objectives. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and development teams to transform data into actionable insights and intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics models.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Build statistical models to solve complex business problems.
Design and implement data science solutions using Python and relevant machine learning frameworks.
Develop forecasting, classification, clustering, recommendation, and anomaly detection models.
Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
Work with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines.
Document methodologies, experiments, and model performance metrics.

Required Skills

3–4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with:
- Pandas
- NumPy
- Scikit-learn
- Matplotlib / Plotly
- Jupyter Notebook
Experience with SQL and database querying.
Knowledge of data preprocessing and data wrangling techniques.
Familiarity with AI and Generative AI concepts.
Experience in handling large datasets and building analytical solutions.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, or cloud-based AI platforms.
Familiarity with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment practices.
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Exposure to NLP (Natural Language Processing) projects.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
