Stellenbeschreibung

Your challenge:

  • A front-office role as a senior partner in managing client relationships, providing comprehensive advice, a broad range of products and services tailored to the complex needs of (ultra-)high-net-worth individuals whilst working toward specific individual, team and market asset and revenue targets
  • Continuously develop and manage the client portfolio with focus on Asia Pacific and Global NRI markets
  • Market leading products, tailored solutions and services supported by a holistic advisory approach for high and ultra-high net worth clients
  • Deliver best-in-class specialist knowledge and product expertise in developing solutions for clients in the creation, management and transfer of their wealth
  • Act as a brand ambassador for LGT and princely Family
  • Actively cooperate and exchange with internal specialists to provide best client solutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, cross border, guidelines and standards as a contribution to an effective risk culture

unsere Anforderungen

Your profile:

  • Outstanding industry personal and professional network within HNWI/UHNWI client segments for Asia Pacific and Global NRI markets to support our growth strategy
  • Proven track record of relevant experience in a client acquisition and management of wealth for clients
  • Depending on the seniority of the role to be filled, the years of experience required in one of the roles for Asia Pacific and Global NRI markets will vary starting from 3-5 years for a junior role reaching up to 10 years or more for a senior position
  • Strong market knowledge, financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients
  • First class presentation and communication skills: ability to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high-performance Value based Culture
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities
  • Highest professional work ethic and standards, decisiveness and innovative thinking
  • High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
  • MBA or degree from a university or an institute of higher education would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English as well as in the native language spoken by the clients to be covered for Asia Pacific and Global NRI markets
