Overview

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks a Strategic Development Specialist in New York, NY to drive business-relevant sustainability strategy development and enable front-office execution by creating actionable frameworks, market insights, and client-facing materials that align with revenue objectives and regulatory expectations.

Requires a Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, related field or equivalent, and four (4) years of experience developing enterprise or regional level banking strategies, including the design of target operating models covering governance structures, roles and responsibilities, decision-making frameworks, and implementation roadmaps; applying quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis, to support strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making; supporting multi-year program and portfolio governance frameworks, including milestone tracking, prioritization, performance review, and change or re-prioritization processes across multiple stakeholders; working with senior stakeholders across business lines and infrastructure functions, coordinating inputs across regions, and translating diverse requirements into aligned strategic or operational solutions; preparing executive and board-level materials, including strategy papers, business cases, progress updates, and decision documents that synthesize complex analyses into clear recommendations; and incorporating regulatory, risk, and control considerations into strategic and operational analysis, ensuring that proposed solutions are feasible within governance, compliance and risk frameworks.

Salary range: $210,000.00 – $215,000.00/year.

This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
