About the Job

As Senior Commercial Service Manager, you play an important role in leading financial strategy and service optimization within the CE region, ensuring compliance and adapting to industry trends. Your leadership will drive high performance and ensure effective problem-solving in commercial service management.

What you do

  • Assist the Team Lead in overseeing CSM activities, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, ensuring high performance across the team. Act as an escalation point for Medior and CSM colleagues on complex commercial topics.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and take responsibility for cost and revenue controlling of individual services in all CE entities.
  • Take responsibility for planning and forecasting of services across the CE region, including coordination of team members and quality checks. Analyze business data and create meaningful visualizations to support management and stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for solving customer-related issues within the scope of commercial service management whilst also monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and manage and support regulatory audits and investigations.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency in the CE region. Be a pioneer in AI adoption in the organization and ensure daily use of AI in achieving efficiency on operation and automating manual tasks.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and integration from various sources (e.g., SAP, Excel, SNOW) into dashboards and analytics.

What you bring

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, Controlling, or a related field, with a postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA or professional finance certification) considered a plus.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in commercial service management, IT controlling, or financial management, including a proven track record of leading commercial topics across multiple services or entities. Experience Automation projects, databases, and integrating data from various sources.
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, pricing, and cost/revenue controlling, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP/financial systems, advanced Excel skills, and confidence with reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment relevant to IT services in the CE region, including experience supporting audits or investigations. Analytical mindset and a structured approach to work with the ability to transform complex data into clear and understandable visualizations. Interest in continuous improvement and optimization of processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability, with experience guiding team members, performing quality checks and developing junior colleagues, while fostering a positive team spirit.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication in English (additional CE-region languages are an advantage) and a proactive, reliable and high-quality approach to ownership and delivery.
  • Basic knowledge in AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
