Job Description

Responsibilities:

Verify authorised signatures before accepting and executing the request
Maintain user identities, role profiles and parameters based on approved access matrices and established procedures and meeting SLA
Maintain proper records of user identities, role profile and parameters changes performed
Issue user password in secured manner and ensure acknowledgement from user based on established procedures
Undertake tasks as and when assigned

Requirements:

Minimally a Diploma in Technology or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Focus on details, accuracy and service delivery.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work flexible hours and provide support on weekends during system implementations/cutovers.
