Intern, Private Equity Fund & Co-Investment AP - Limited to 6 months

Join us now as an Intern in Singapore within our Asia Private Equity fund and co-investments team. You're expected to work full-time for up to 6 months starting from July 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain exposure to the entire private equity/fund investment process across primaries, secondaries, and co-investments, from due diligence through to the investment decision. You will be based in Singapore and work directly with the investment professionals on due diligence, market research, portfolio monitoring, and investment proposals.

What you do:

• Support the evaluation of primary commitments by conducting manager/strategy research, benchmarking, and track record performance analysis.
• Assist in co-investment and secondary deal screening, including company/sector research, financial analysis, and preparation of investment memos.
• Participate in internal meetings to discuss and prioritise investment opportunities.
• Help prepare internal memos for investment committee discussions.
• Conduct market mapping and thematic research on Asian private equity sectors and managers.
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring, including analysing quarterly reports from GPs.
• Support ad hoc team projects, such as internal presentations to stakeholders/clients, data / content management and process improvement initiatives.

What you bring:

• Strong academic background; currently pursue or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in using financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
• Genuine interest in private equity and private markets, with a demonstrated passion for investing and/or buyside activities.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethics and be a proactive self-starter with the ability to operate as a true team player in a fast-paced international environment.
• Priority will be given to students who are available to work for 6 months starting from July 2026
