We are looking for a Senior Pricing Actuary (m/f/d), based in London.

Led by the Head of Portfolio Steering & Pricing ART, you will be part of a lively and diverse group of 14 skilled professionals, including actuaries, business and cat analysts. We are based in Munich, London, New York, and Zurich.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- You will be responsible for the technical case pricing of new deals, quantitative risk analyses, peer reviews, and model documentation.
- You will be enhancing ART’s advanced pricing tools and drive their integration with Allianz Commercial platforms, ensuring seamless data connectivity and usability.
- You will further develop and maintain ART's portfolio steering framework, create automated portfolio reports to support informed decision making.
- By leveraging your skills in Python, SQL, and AI tools, you will lead and contribute to impactful data-driven projects.
- You will liaise with the Global Pricing, Global Portfolio Steering, Actuarial, Risk Management and other global functions to stay on top of topics relevant for ART.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and are a qualified (or nearly qualified) actuary.
- You have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in the (re)insurance or financial sector, in particular, pricing.
- You possess strong actuarial and data analytics skills, and you enjoy coding in Python and SQL.
- You are familiar with Power BI and, ideally, with Databricks.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
- You have proven experience in project steering, with the ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
- You have problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is highly beneficial.
