Manager with in-house development function

Are you prepared to take the next step in your career to grow your professional service skills and put your personal imprint in a growing business? Apex Denmark has opened a position for a Manager with experience in Auditing or Controlling, to develop and streamline client deliveries.

You will become part of a dedicated Client Service Team of employees working passionately within multiple areas of fund administration. Our Client Service Team handles a vast amount of financial and reporting processes, amongst Financial Statements and other Financial Reporting, Bookkeeping, Project management, Payments, Company administration and Process development.

In the position as Manager, you will continue to work with your accounting- and teamworking skills, as well as building models and documenting processes in excel and flowcharts.

About the job:

In close collaboration with your Team Manager, you will:

Have accounting and reporting responsibility for own companies
Participate in planning and execution of legal corporate structures
Develop and document key processes in the business
Coordinate and plan the yearend processes with the auditors
Share your know-how and experience with the team
Build internal tools to support operations

Experience and qualifications:

We expect you to be open to learning and recognize yourself as some of the following:

Flair for Excel and preparing structured workpapers
Understanding of financial processes and documentation of these – including identifying key controls
3-4 years of experience with Auditing, Controling or Process development consulting
Commercial and professional mindset to identify new opportunities as well as handling difficult conversations with business relations
Experience with commercial legislation on Danish legal structures and accounting GAAP
Ability to identify and address business risks
