The Investment and Pension Products team is responsible for Raisin's capital market-based products. This includes a range of solutions, from one of the largest Robo-Advisors in Germany to a Private Equity offering.

While our core business with deposits helps our customers earn interest with minimal risk, the investment products are about helping customers achieve the highest possible return for their risk tolerance.

Your Responsibilities

This is your opportunity to help evolve Raisin’s investment and pension products, combining financial knowledge with product development and business strategy. You will:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support the development of new product concepts and rollout plans.
  • Identify and engage potential product partners.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance specific investment product features.
  • Create high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is ready to learn, contribute, and grow:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field in Berlin.
  • You are curious about financial markets and eager to deepen your understanding.
  • You bring first practical experience in business development, product management, banking, or startups (e.g. internships, working student roles).
  • You are quick to grasp new concepts and have a strong eye for detail.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills.
  • You are proficient in common office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Very good German language skills (C1) are a strong plus.
