About the Job
RCFO is the Finance Function for the CTO1 region (DACH incl. CEE). Together with the central Finance Functions we are responsible for all accounting & controlling related topics like closing, accounting operations, tax and treasury, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
In addition, we manage in a matrix all commercial topics and challenges of AZ Tech customer facing organization including Account Management. In this role you will support the controlling team with its recurring tasks.
What you do
- Support and enable the yearly the strategic cost and revenue planning with our customers, the operating entities of Allianz Group worldwide by providing respective data tool.
- Responsibility for sub-projects in the area of controlling including process/tool design/improvement and internal problem-solving.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of top management meetings.
- Support the preparation of P&L reporting and the resolution/tracking of controlling issues.
What you bring
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and basic SAP skills is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Currently enrolled in a University in Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
- You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position-part time (16-20 h/week).
