About the Job

As part of the hardware approval process for endpoint devices (laptops, monitors, peripherals, smartphones) subject to works council co-determination, we are looking for on-site support in Munich for tests that cannot be covered by datasheets alone, as well as for coordinating with the internal stakeholders involved.

What you do

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal co-determination stakeholders – works council, company doctor, ergonomics – on hardware devices subject to co-determination.
  • Organize and run hardware tests with friendly users.
  • Document and record asset data from testing.
  • Collaborate with international teams within Allianz Technology.
  • Coordinate with our service provider Computacenter on hardware delivery.
  • Test organization: scheduling, device provisioning for tests, tracking open items.

  • You’re currently enrolled in a degree program such as Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You’re curious about IT hardware and enjoy hands-on technical testing.
  • You work in a structured and reliable way, even when tasks are repetitive.
  • You communicate confidently with a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • You’re comfortable working in both German and English, since our teams are international.
  • You’re based in or able to be on-site in Munich.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
  • You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months - part time (16-20 h/week).
