High-quality video content is at the heart of our communication. The AI Marketing Lab team is tasked with developing the AI strategy for content production and publishing for Allianz in Germany. We are redefining how stories are told by merging professional post-production with cutting-edge artificial intelligence.

As a Working Student (m/f/d) for Video Editing, you will be a vital part of our creative engine. You will not only cut and polish high-end video formats for social media and corporate campaigns but also actively participate in testing and integrating AI-driven video workflows to shape the future of digital storytelling at Allianz.

What you do

  • Edit high-quality video formats (Short & Mid-Form) for social media, internal communication, and global campaigns.
  • Handle interviews and corporate formats, including professional color grading and audio processing (leveling, noise reduction).
  • Support the team in AI video experiments and help integrate tools like NanoBanana, Weavy, Freepik and Veo 3 into our daily production routines.
  • Create platform-optimized exports and build modular editing templates and frameworks to increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and the creative team to translate complex strategies into compelling visual narratives.

What you bring

  • Very strong skills in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects (Basics/Motion Graphics) is a plus.
  • A profound understanding of dramaturgy and visual storytelling, with experience in longer formats (interviews, corporate clips).
  • High interest or initial experience in AI video tools (e.g., (NanoBanana, Weavy, Freepik, Higgsfield, Veo 3)) and a drive to experiment with new technologies.
  • A clean eye for color grading and a solid ear for sound design/audio cleaning.
  • Currently studying Media Production, Film, Communication Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months – part-time (16-20 h/week).
