As a Sales & Relationship Manager, you will convince potential clients of one of the most modern WealthTech platforms on the market - QPLIX. You will be actively involved in every step of the process, from developing market strategies to actively approaching and advising clients (family offices/trusts, financial institutions, asset managers and pension funds). In the QPLIX sales team, we do not see ourselves as 'vendors', but rather pursue a solution-oriented approach in which we work together with our clients to develop tailor-made solutions with a high level of business value and innovation. Your profile

  • Several years of experience in selling sophisticated products in the financial or SaaS environment
  • Strong network of decision makers in the financial sector (Family Offices, Banks, EAMs)
  • Experience in handling prospects and selling modern technologies, combined with negotiating skills and very good communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to develop tailor-made solutions with business value as a trusted sparring partner, based on a deep understanding of our prodpects requirements and challenges
  • Analytical approach, ability to understand processes and derive measures for future strategies from them
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Thoroughness, confidentiality, loyalty and willingness to travel
  • Hands-on mentality, independent and structured work approach

Your mission

  • Developing and implementing market strategies for lead generation & lead conversion, analyzing customer needs, competitors and market developments as well as contributing own ideas to the product development process
  • Convincing prospects through product and industry knowledge as well as individual product presentations (digital and personal), analyzing RFPs and engaging with potentially new clients
  • Strategic support of customers as a sparring partner
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with partners, screening potential strategic partnerships and working closely with the QPLIX management team
  • Participating in relevant events within the finance and FinTech scene
