Im Private Banking betreuen wir anspruchsvolle Privatkunden mit maßgeschneiderten Lösungen und höchster Diskretion. Als Rezeptionist (m/w/d) sind Sie das Aushängeschild unseres Unternehmens und hinterlassen den ersten Eindruck bei unseren Kunden und Dienstleistern. Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und und starten Sie ab sofort (Vollzeit) befristet bis Dezember 2028 bei uns am Standort Frankfurt.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Freundliches und professionelles Begrüßen von Gästen, Kunden und Mitarbeitenden in Deutscher und Englischer Sprache am Empfang
• Kundenorientierte Bearbeitung von Anrufen, E-Mails und Briefen in Deutscher sowie Englischer Sprache
• Bewirtung der Gäste und Unterstützung bei internen Veranstaltungen
• Verwaltung von Schlüsseln, Zugangsberechtigungen und anderen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
• Überwachung und Steuerung des Post- und Paketverkehrs
• Erstellung und Verwaltung von Dokumenten, Listen und Tabellen
• Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben, wie z.B. Reisebuchungen der Mitarbeitenden, Reisekostenabrechnungen, Bestellungen von Büromaterial u. ä.
• Koordination der Kundenparkplätze

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
• Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, freundliches Auftreten und professionelles Verhalten
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie gute Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
• Sehr hoher Servicegedanke und einen Blick für Details
• Erfahrung mit MS Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Flexibilität und hohe Teamorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
