Private Equity Intern (M/W/D)

Job description

We are looking for a Private Equity Intern (m/w/d) to support our Private Equity team in Munich from July 2026 onwards. Applications are accepted year-round and are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Job requirement

As an intern at DUBAG you will join the DUBAG team and support our investment professionals in all areas of the Private Equity value chain. This includes support in:

• Deal origination
• M&A process
• Operational analysis of portfolio companies
• Fund reporting

Your profile

• Final year bachelor or master student from a top tier university with a focus on business administration/ economics or a clear affinity to these topics, ideally in the areas of corporate finance, controlling or accounting
• Relevant work/ internship experience in e.g. investment banking, corporate finance, accounting, PE/ VC
• Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of financial statements analysis and valuation
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent English and German
• You are characterized by being a good team player, the ability to work independently, strong communication as well as analytical skills and enthusiasm
