The Responsibilities
- Source and screen prospective fund and direct investments
- Review business plans and conduct due diligence on investment opportunities
- Present and champion investment opportunities
- Develop investment committee memorandums
- Research market trends and dynamics
- Portfolio support, administration and reporting
The Requirements
- History of strong academic performance
- Previous work experience ideally in finance, start-ups or consulting
- Strong analytical abilities and keen interest in technology, business and entrepreneurship
- Proficiency in data modelling and ability to become familiar with database tools like Salesforce quickly
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, team player, open-minded
