Deine Aufgaben / Your responsibilities

• Complete supplier questionnaires accurately and within required deadlines
• Complete due diligence questionnaires by collecting and verifying the required information
• Process and complete supplier-related requests resulting from the legal merger
• Support Account Managers in gathering and validating information needed to meet customer compliance requirements
• Assist in tracking the status of questionnaires and follow up on outstanding requests
• Contribute to maintaining compliance with customers related to supplier information

Deine Qualifikation / Your qualifications

• English and German are essential (fluent/professional level). French is a strong asset
• Background in finance, business, law, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills
• Ready to start a 4-month internship
• This role is offered on a four-month fixed-term contract.
