Implementation Coordinator (m/f/d)

Join us as an Implementation Coordinator and play a key role in creating a seamless onboarding experience for our business partners. You’ll guide clients from contract to go-live, empower them with product expertise, and collaborate closely with Sales and KYC to ensure exceptional service every step of the way.

Deine Aufgaben / Your responsibilities

Control/Steer/Guide local/multinational commercial and technical implementation processes:

• Take over/initiate enrolment cases for defined customer segments
• Secure technical integration with third-party providers in regard to outbound data
• Perform onboarding calls with clients to introduce product usage and answer questions

Ensure accuracy of commercial and technical implementation

First point of contact for large (multinational) customers, including their subsidiaries if requested, providing support for all products and services by phone, e-mail and other channels

Responsible for proactively taking the lead in the daily operational-related cases and liaising directly with the customer over these matters

Collaborate with specialised and/or expert teams to solve complex customer queries

Deine Qualifikation / Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree or successfully completed training as a commercial clerk or comparable training

The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both verbally and in writing

Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage work

High motivation, initiative and resilience

Highly customer-focused and demonstrating an ability to adjust behaviour to handle different customers and understand their needs

Profound IT skills, especially in the MS Office package

Excellent communication skills in German and English

Proficiency in Italian is considered an advantage

This role is classified in the basic profile Customer Facing Operations Consultant (Job family: Operations/ Orientation: Consulting/ Impact Level: considerable).
