Der Bereich Accounting & Regulatory Reporting der Bank Julius Bär Deutschland AG ist ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres Geschäftsbetriebs und wird von einem eingespielten Team aus fünf Mitarbeitenden getragen. Gemeinsam sorgen wir dafür, dass alle finanzwirtschaftlichen Prozesse zuverlässig, transparent und effizient ablaufen. Unser Aufgabenspektrum ist vielseitig und anspruchsvoll: Es reicht von der Bearbeitung von Kreditorenrechnungen und Reisekostenabrechnungen über die Erstellung von Monats‑ und Jahresabschlüssen bis hin zu regulatorischen Meldungen.

Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Umfeld mit hoher fachlicher Tiefe, in dem Sie Verantwortung übernehmen, aktiv an Abschlüssen und Reportings mitwirken und Prozesse mitgestalten können.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie IFRS‑Reporting an die Gruppe
• Steuerliche Beurteilung von Geschäftsvorfällen mit Schwerpunkt Umsatzsteuer (inkl. Mitwirkung bei Umsatzsteuer‑Voranmeldungen und -Jahreserklärungen)
• Mitverantwortung für laufende Buchhaltungsprozesse insbesondere im Bereich des Tax-Accountings
• Buchung und Überwachung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
• Aktive Mitarbeit an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Accounting‑Prozessen
• Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für interne und externe Prüfungsstellen

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Finanzen, Accounting oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d))
• Erste oder eher mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise im Banken- oder Finanzumfeld
• Fundierter steuerlicher Background (insbesondere im Bereich der Umsatzsteuer)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB sowie gute Kenntnisse in IFRS (insb. für Konzern‑Reporting)
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Erfahrung mit Avaloq als Kernbankensystem wünschenswert
• Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Verständnis für komplexe Datenstrukturen
• Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Kontinuierliche Lernbereitschaft und Aufgeschlossenheit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie hervorragende MS Office Kenntnisse
• Hohe Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Finanz- und Bankdaten
