Your mission

  • Supporting the Due Diligence phase by identifying and evaluating sales and pricing potential in target companies
  • After acquisition: analyzing, developing concepts, and implementing optimization measures to realign sales and pricing structures and processes
  • Implementing the developed measures and ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and sustainable increase in enterprise value
  • Building and developing efficient organizational structures within the sales team to optimally respond to specific market requirements
  • Leading and motivating sales teams within the respective portfolio company

Your profile

  • Successfully completed university degree in Business/Finance, Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related field
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience with a proven track record in optimizing pricing, marketing, and sales strategies to drive top-line growth
  • Several years of demonstrable experience in consulting
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in (big) data analysis
  • Confident use of common analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Pragmatic, independent working style with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Leadership qualities and assertiveness
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English

Must-have:

  • Willingness to travel four days per week to the respective portfolio company
