Business Consultant in Health

Tasks
- Analyze different Health insurance markets, recent trends in Health insurance as well as growth and profitability drivers
- Understand Health insurance business models and products across all global markets in which Allianz operates
- Support ADH subject matter experts in assessing the level of technical maturity in core insurance processes and in fostering technical excellence in selected entities
- Drive the implementation of regulatory or Allianz Group guidelines (e.g. with regards to sustainability) in Health entities
- Manage selected governance processes end-to-end, including alignment with various Allianz Group functions and coordination of ADH internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of working experience (working experience in business consulting is a plus)
- Ideally experience in Health insurance or in managing corporate processes
- Curious and eager to learn about different Health insurance markets
- Highly structured approach and strong problem-solving skills
- High degree of self-organization, willingness to take ownership and the ambition to cover a broad range of topics, paired with a hands-on attitude
- Strong communication and presentation skills in PowerPoint
- Fluency in written and spoken English
