AI Strategy
Allianz SE is the strategic headquarters of one of the world's leading insurance and asset management groups, operating in over 70 countries. You will be joining the Group AI Strategy team, a central unit shaping how artificial intelligence is governed, deployed, and scaled across the entire Allianz Group. Working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, our team partners directly with senior leadership to translate AI ambitions into concrete Group-wide impact.
How can you make an impact?
You will:
- Bridge the gap between Allianz's strategic AI agenda and the fast-moving landscape of emerging AI technologies and trends, tracking what's happening in the market and making it relevant to where the Group is headed
- Take full ownership of analytical and strategic topics as they arise, directly informing how AI strategy is shaped at the headquarters of a global financial services group
- Lead structured benchmarking of external companies, startups, and technology providers, deriving actionable insights and competitive intelligence that inform strategic direction
- Shape and maintain the overarching strategic frameworks that guide Group-wide AI initiatives
- Develop high-quality strategic presentations and decision papers for senior stakeholders, including Group-level leadership, translating complex AI topics into clear, compelling narratives informing how AI strategy is shaped at the headquarters of a global financial services group
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or a comparable environment, with a demonstrable record of delivering and proximity to technology
- Strong command of AI technologies, trends, and their business applications, paired with curiosity about the evolving AI landscape and a habit of staying ahead of it
- A bias toward creative, innovative solutions and a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies
- Excellent content structuring, storytelling, and visualization skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
