Atuamos na estruturação e acompanhamento do cotidiano dos Fundos de Investimento, analisando operações de investimento e captação de novos recursos do ponto de vista jurídico, assegurando a viabilidade operacional de Fundo e a conformidade com a legislação vigente.

Principais Responsabilidades

Apoio ao acompanhamento das demandas e controles dos Fundos, bem como auxílio à implementação das operações junto aos times internos;
Análise/elaboração de documentos de menor complexidade relacionados aos fundos de investimento;
Realização de pesquisas e apresentações relacionadas à legislação de fundos de investimento e de mercado de capitais.

Experiências e Qualificações:

Estar cursando Direito, entre o 3º e o 7º semestre;
Pacote office | Nível Intermediário: Conhecimento em Excel / Word / Power Point;
Inglês: Nível Intermediário.

Conhecimentos necessários para a função:

Perfil analítico e resolutivo para execução de demandas com prazo;
Proatividade na busca das informações, soluções, alternativas e entendimento de processos para atendimento das demandas da área e resultados;
Desenvoltura para falar com clientes internos/externos.

Desejáveis:

Certificações: CPA-20
Familiaridade com o dia a dia de fundos de investimento e direito societário.
