The successful Risk candidate will form part of the risk management team within the Manco, where the role forms an integral part in fulfilling risk monitoring and reporting requirements. Job specification The role will focus on reporting, data analysis and risk support within the Manco environment, including: Prepare and submit ASISA, SARB, Finswitch and Morningstar reporting, including instrument classification and asset allocation reporting. Produce SARB client-level reports, holdings reports and bi-annual SARB B16 submissions. Manage data uploads and data quality checks across reporting systems, including Moonfire. Monitor and investigate risk and compliance breaches, ensuring issues are addressed within agreed timelines. Prepare risk reporting for regulators, investors, management, the Audit & Risk Committee and the Board. Reconcile data between accounting, reporting and risk systems. Review fund reporting, including NAVs, TER calculations, income distributions and fund fact sheets. Assist with investment due diligence reviews, policy updates and the enhancement of risk controls and procedures. Support risk oversight and reporting in line with FSCA and other regulatory requirements. Work closely with internal teams, investment managers, trustees, custodians and other service providers to resolve queries and improve processes. Support operational, regulatory and project-related initiatives as required.
