Your Role The Network Infrastructure Operations Engineer is responsible for the monitoring, support, troubleshooting, and implementation of enterprise network and security infrastructure. Working closely with Engineering, Cloud, and Security teams, this role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of network services while driving operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement. You are Responsibles for: Monitor, support, troubleshoot, and maintain global network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Implement infrastructure changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities in accordance with ITSM and change management processes. Serve as an escalation point for network incidents, driving timely resolution of service disruptions and root cause analysis. Partner with Engineering teams to operationalize new technologies, ensuring successful transition into production support. Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, network diagrams, and knowledge articles. Support major incidents, disaster recovery exercises, technology refreshes, and vulnerability remediation activities. Identify opportunities to improve network reliability, operational efficiency, and automation. Develop and leverage automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness. Participate in on-call support rotations and provide support for critical incidents and maintenance activities as required. The Experiences you Bring: 3-4 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure in an operations, support, or engineering capacity. Strong working knowledge and troubleshooting experience in the following areas: Enterprise Networking: Cisco switching, routing, wireless, and data center networking technologies.
