Work closely with local application development team, other banking business units and overseas branches IT teams. Manage technology vendor, technical support cases, and third-party service providers. Identifying IT risks and controls, assessing their design and operating effectiveness, and conducting periodic reviews. Managing and executing end-to-end IT audit processes (internal, external, and regulatory audits). Tracking IT audit findings and remediation action plans to ensure timely closure. Periodically reviewing and updating IT policies, procedures, and governance standards. Experience in regulated environments preferably banking sector with good understanding of IT regulatory, risk and compliance requirements, especially BRSA Information Systems regulation is a strong plus.
