ผู้จัดการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (WB Relationship Manager) จะมีหน้าที่บริหารจัดการและขยายความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าธุรกิจ (Wholesale Banking) ของธนาคาร โดยเน้นการทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้าและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมเพื่อตอบสนองเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจของลูกค้า

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• บริหารจัดการและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าธุรกิจที่มีอยู่และลูกค้าใหม่ เพื่อเพิ่มส่วนแบ่งทางการตลาดและสร้างรายได้ให้กับธนาคาร
• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางการเงินของลูกค้าอย่างละเอียด เพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่หลากหลาย เช่น สินเชื่อ, การค้าต่างประเทศ, การบริหารเงินสด, และผลิตภัณฑ์ตลาดทุน
• เตรียมและนำเสนอข้อเสนอทางการเงินที่น่าสนใจให้แก่ลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งเจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขต่างๆ
• ติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของพอร์ตลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อระบุโอกาสในการเติบโตและจัดการความเสี่ยง
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานภายในอื่นๆ เช่น ทีมผลิตภัณฑ์, ทีมวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อ, และทีมกฎหมาย เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการบริการลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจแนวโน้มตลาด, ภาวะเศรษฐกิจ, และกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้สามารถให้คำแนะนำที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ลูกค้า
• ดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามนโยบายและระเบียบข้อบังคับของธนาคารและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาการเงิน, เศรษฐศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ในธุรกิจธนาคาร (Wholesale Banking) หรือสถาบันการเงิน
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินสำหรับธุรกิจ
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินและทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีเยี่ยม
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ยอดเยี่ยม ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
• มีทักษะการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่แข็งแกร่ง
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนดได้
• มีใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ถ้ามี) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
