ผู้จัดการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (WB Relationship Manager) มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการบริหารจัดการและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าธุรกิจ (Wholesale Banking) ของธนาคาร เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจและสร้างการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• บริหารจัดการพอร์ตโฟลิโอของลูกค้าธุรกิจที่มีอยู่และแสวงหาลูกค้ารายใหม่เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้า
• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางการเงินของลูกค้าและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่เหมาะสม เช่น สินเชื่อ, การค้าต่างประเทศ, การจัดการเงินสด และการลงทุน
• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า สร้างความเข้าใจในธุรกิจของลูกค้า และเป็นที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินที่เชื่อถือได้
• จัดทำแผนธุรกิจสำหรับลูกค้าแต่ละรายและติดตามผลการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
• ประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านเครดิตของลูกค้าและจัดทำรายงานการวิเคราะห์เครดิตอย่างละเอียด
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในต่างๆ ของธนาคาร เช่น ทีมผลิตภัณฑ์, ทีมอนุมัติสินเชื่อ และทีมปฏิบัติการ เพื่อส่งมอบบริการที่ดีที่สุดแก่ลูกค้า
• ติดตามและทำความเข้าใจแนวโน้มของตลาด สภาพเศรษฐกิจ และกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงลึกแก่ลูกค้าและธนาคาร
• ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของธนาคาร รวมถึงกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจ

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน, เศรษฐศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์หรือบทบาทที่คล้ายคลึงกันในสถาบันการเงิน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในภาคธุรกิจ (Wholesale Banking)
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินสำหรับธุรกิจ
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินและเครดิตที่ดีเยี่ยม
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่เป็นเลิศ
• มีความสามารถในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าในระยะยาว
• มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและตัดสินใจที่ดี
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายที่ท้าทายได้
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูดและเขียน
