Manager - AAGI A&H Direct Sales & Marketing - Chiang Mai Branch

Job Summary

Responsible in expanding new customers including perform marketing activities based on defined plan

Responsibilities

1. Provide necessary support and training to establish managerial back-up and employee development, and to insure effective use of technology to meet Company, Agency, and Customer requirements
2. Monitor and maintain all source of Marketing staff Monthly Active Plans
3. Timely collect of premiums
4. Assist in generating new business opportunity through active involvement in the sales process
5. Work and assist closely with the Underwriting team to enhance new business opportunities
6. Ensure in branch profit merscustability by promoting and installing underwriting strategies for new and existing customers
7. Develop and support customer retention objectives of the Branch
8. Assists in activity strategies to respond to customer service requirements involving claim inquiries and service requests
9. Collect the premium payments and issue a receipt for customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• Direct Experience of sales and marketing in financial institutions insurance or insurance Industry
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage
