Job Description

Job Summary:

Client Advisors play a pivotal role in managing client relationships by providing personalized advice and solutions to clients across all channels. They are responsible for building lasting relationships with affluent individuals and families, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored banking solutions to meet their goals. With a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth, Client Advisors are integral to our commitment to provide a seamless and rewarding customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high net worth individuals/families.
  • Provide financial advice and create customized wealth management plans based on clients’ needs.
  • Promote and cross sell of all banking products to clients such as deposits, loans, investments, insurance, credit cards etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to client advisory services.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments to enhance product offerings and client experiences.
  • Participate in training programs to improve knowledge and skills in client advisory services.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in client relationship management preferably within Private Wealth Management.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and ability to apply them effectively in client advisory activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other digital tools used in client advisory services.
