Senior Accountants – 6 Months Contract ( 2 Positions)

Location : Singapore

Description

We are looking for 2 accountants to support us for 6 months roughly around July/August 2026 to January/ February 2027. Prior fund accounting experience would be an asset, but we welcome strong accountants to apply. The role duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Prepare full set of accounts for partnership and special purpose vehicles
• Work closely with the full team to ensure the provision of high quality client service
• Review capital activity such as capital calls and distributions
• Review Limited Partner and General Partner/Shareholder allocations and calculations.
• Prepare and review quarterly GST/VAT/VAS.
• Prepare monthly consolidated accounts for SPVs, coordinating with finance personnel.
• Provide supervision to administrators for journals and accounts preparation, payment preparation and relevant reporting
• Undertake first reviewer responsibilities for accounts linked to simple, less complex structures
• Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines
• Prepare and co-ordinate with different teams for on-boarding of new clients and funds’ launch and wind up
• Review subscription documents and CRS self-certification forms
• Liaise with external auditors for audit planning and preparation
• Perform other duties as necessary to support the internal procedures and external strategic development required by the company that are in line with the scope and level of this role

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of financial products, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Real estate funds and environments along with prior fund accounting experience would be an asset
• Public Accounting knowledge
• A Bachelor's or Master's level degree in accounting
• Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements preferred
