As Senior Sales Manager at Allianz Care — the international health specialist within Allianz Partners — you will develop and execute the regional corporate sales strategy in Singapore, with a primary focus on large and mid-corporate group opportunities across our international health, life, disability, and protection product portfolio. Employed under Allianz Insurance Singapore and working as part of a global sales team reporting to the Head of Sales & Distribution, Asia, you will drive new business development and manage key accounts — working predominantly with brokers, MGAs, insurers, and bank-insurers. This is a full-time, permanent role for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a complex, relationship-driven market where value proposition and service quality matter as much as price.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for Singapore across Allianz Care's group business lines — Corporate & Middle Market, Government & Inter-governmental Organisations, Partnership & Affinity, and Global Health & Protection Services
Drive new business development across Corporate & Middle Market, Government & Inter-governmental Organisations, and Partnership & Affinity segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, MGAs, insurers, and bank-insurers — providing ongoing support and training to drive new business and retain existing group clients
Support and grow key accounts, ensuring relationships are strengthened and broadened over time
Collaborate with internal pricing and underwriting teams to develop competitive tenders, quotes, and proposals tailored to group client needs
Work with Head Office to ensure appropriate international health, life, disability, and protection products and propositions are available and relevant for the Singapore market
Identify future market requirements and ensure relevant business plans and strategies are in place to deliver on them
Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting of opportunities and sales pipeline in Salesforce, providing consistent reporting to the Head of Sales and Head Office as required
Stay current with compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring all sales activities adhere to applicable standards
Collaborate with colleagues across other Allianz Partners business lines in the region, participating in regional meetings and strategic dialogues

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree or professional insurance qualification (e.g. CII) preferred
10+ years of experience in a sales environment, ideally within international health insurance, group employee benefits, life insurance, or financial services
Candidates from broker or banking backgrounds are welcome to apply
Proven track record of driving new business growth and managing key accounts, building lasting client and intermediary relationships
Strong understanding of international health, life, disability, and protection insurance products and how they serve corporate and institutional clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to articulate a compelling value proposition to sophisticated broker and corporate audiences
Experience working in a complex, global matrix organisation with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting
Experience building business plans and strategic documents for a regional market
Comfortable working in a competitive market where differentiation goes beyond price — able to clearly communicate broader service value and product strengths
Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools, data analytics, or digital client engagement platforms is an advantage
Native or near-native English proficiency — both written and verbal
