What We Are Looking For At least 3 to 5 years of payroll operations experience, with strong exposure to end-to- end payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, payroll validation, reconciliations, statutory compliance, employee inquiries, and year-end activities. Experience supporting multi-country payroll operations, preferably across APAC, Europe, or other international regions. Background in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), BPO, SSO, or outsourced payroll environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll compliance, including BIR withholding tax, annualization, year-end tax processing, Form 2316, Alphalist reporting, and statutory contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Advanced Excel and payroll data analysis skills, with demonstrated ability to perform reconciliations, variance analysis, data validation, and payroll reporting. Solid understanding of payroll governance, internal controls, audit requirements, data privacy, and the handling of confidential employee information. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field preferred. Self-directed and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
