Student Internship - Global Business Operations

Your Team

You will be a part of our AGCS GBO team based in Rotterdam, reporting to the Regional Manager based in Munich. Your main focus is providing an effective and efficient administration and processing service to our business together with the rest of the team.

The Impact You Will Have

You will be involved in everyday processes and projects to actively participate and contribute to the team’s goals. This engagement will accelerate your learning curve and provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the business and our team.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• Prepare and issue business documentation
• Update databases and business transaction systems
• Support and service our clients and distribution partners
• Engagement and collaboration with our GBO offshore teams based in India
• Collaboration with all teams within the region (Underwriting, Finance, Claims, Credit Control, Brokers, Distribution, etc.).

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Are you pursuing a degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Business or a related field?
• Are you fluent in English with ideally good knowledge of Dutch?
• Are you a true team player and have strong communication skills?

Further Information:

For internships in the Netherlands, we pay 850 EUR gross per month on a full-time basis, prorated according to the agreed working hours, regardless of the level of education you’re currently pursuing.

• Duration ideally 4-6 months (preferably longer)
• Working hours: ideally 40 hours/week, but let’s discuss the possibilities
• Enrollment at your current university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
