Responsibilities To perform surveillance monitoring\u002Freview to detect financial crime and\u002For money mule activities. Conduct independent research and analyse data on transaction surveillance alerts using various internal and external systems and databases. Liaise with sales or other relevant stakeholders in obtaining clarification including supporting documentation to substantiate the purpose of transaction. Utilize pertinent information and ensure appropriate documentation of the rationale for closure\u002F escalation of the transaction surveillance alerts. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for clearance and constantly being aware of new financial crime trends and threats to the bank. Perform data, transactional and trend analysis from multiple sources and build visualisation dashboard\u002Fgenerate reports. To continuously improve the quality of alert review and ensure work meet deadlines. Requirements: Professional qualification or university degree. For working professional, minimum 3 years working experience in AML\u002FCFT and exposures to transaction monitoring system is at advantage. Good data analysis skill and familiar with data analytics solutions (working experience in data analytic tools such as Python, SQL is at advantage). Good knowledge of Microsoft software applications such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word (PowerBI is at advantage). Good interpersonal and communication skill. Committed to service excellence and quality in area of work. - Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a team player. - Knowledge of AML\u002FCFT regulations and trends.
