Job Description

Memimpin pelaksanaan Compliance Review dalam tim sesuai dengan Compliance Plan dan melakukan supervisi atas pekerjaan tim. Termasuk di dalamnya:

• Berdiskusi atas temuan yang perlu ditindaklanjuti oleh fungsi kerja terkait.
• Menyusun Laporan Compliance Review.
• Melakukan supervisi dan penatausahaan dokumen/kertas kerja Compliance Review atas pekerjaan tim.
• Memantau penyelesaian tindak lanjut perbaikan (corrective action plan) atas temuan oleh fungsi kerja terkait.
• Menyusun laporan bulanan atas pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab unit kerja Non AFC Assurance.
• Melakukan implementasi Regulatory Risk and Control Self Assessment (RRCSA) dan membantu pembuatan Compliance Plan.
• Melakukan supervisi serta penatausahaan dokumen pelaksanaan Electronic Communication Surveillance dan pelaporannya.
• Melakukan tugas-tugas lainnya yang terkait dengan fungsi kepatuhan atau yang diberikan oleh atasan.
