ING Private Banking is on an ambitious growth journey. As the market leader in the business segment, we see tremendous potential to expand our footprint in Private Banking in Belgium. To support this growth, we are strengthening our central teams and building a more integrated approach between Business Banking and Private Banking.

Our goal is to serve entrepreneurial clients with one consistent story and a unified value proposition that reflects their unique needs. A strong Private Banking value proposition naturally includes a solid foundation of Investments, but also extends to Financial and Estate Planning, Next Gen advisory, and tailored services in Daily Banking, Insurance, and Lending.

Given the significant potential we see in the business segment, we are looking for a Value Proposition Manager Business Banking to help shape and deliver this integrated offering for business-owning clients. You’ll join a high-performing team of experts committed to delivering a best-in-class experience for our Private Banking clients with entrepreneurial profiles.

Your Role: Value Proposition Manager Business Banking

You are responsible for creating a compelling and continuously evolving package of products and services for Business Banking clients within Private Banking, considering trends in the Belgian market.

You work closely with various Tribes within ING and with your three fellow Value Proposition Managers (Investments, Business Banking, and Wealth), as well as with the Business Banking segment. Together with our Commercial Support Managers and colleagues from Content & Communication, you do everything possible to ensure a top-tier experience for our Private & Wealth Bankers and their business-owning clients.

Alongside your fellow Value Proposition Managers (Investments, Beyond, and Wealth), you have the freedom to shape your role to achieve the best possible results.

• Has the ability to develop and deliver a strategic vision, translating ideas into actionable plans that generate real impact.
• Is skilled in stakeholder management and knows how to align diverse teams and perspectives, bringing people together across Tribes to move initiatives forward.
• Brings strong project management capabilities, with a focus on execution, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Is data-driven and analytically minded, using insights to guide decisions, validate assumptions, and continuously improve the value proposition.
• Navigates confidently within a newly formed central Business Development team and contributes to its success.
• Communicates fluently in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
• Has experience in Business Banking, giving you a broad understanding of client needs across segments.
