About the Job

As an Expert UX/UI Designer at Allianz Technology, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our mobile projects. You will be competent in all facets of the design process, with exceptional skills in Interaction and Information Architecture Design. What you do

• Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
• Work with client and project teams to complete the information architecture and interface development processes for new production projects, including site map, wireframe layout, and template development.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to design and build user-friendly interfaces based on functional specifications.
• Participate in key internal meetings, including weekly status updates and planning sessions.

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.
• A well-rounded UX/UI professional who connects the dots between business needs, innovation, and good design.
• Experienced at driving a user experience from start-to-finish that delivers results and connects emotionally.
• Obsessed with good user-centered design practices and have an eye for detail.
• Experienced at creating and revising information architecture documents and diagrams, including content diagrams, content maps, wireframe diagrams, comprehensive diagrams, and static prototypes.
• Passionate about understanding (and keeping the team and clients informed about) current and emerging UX/UI trends.
• Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities.
• Fluent in responsive design, native (mobile/tablet) design.
• Expertise in UX/UI software such as Figma, Sketch, Maze, etc. is a must.
• Willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
• At least 5-7 years of UX design experience (and the portfolio to prove it) as a key, hands-on interaction/visual designer of a UI/UX through the product development cycle of successfully launched web, mobile, and/or software applications.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
